The staff balances professionalism with friendliness. They are extremely thorough and do a great job explaining everything. As much as they explain, they also do a great job listening. Every member of the staff I've interacted with has been wonderful and easy to talk to.

I’m a new patient at Willow Dentistry. The customer service here was beyond friendly, super helpful. I was in and out. Great place! DR. ANANDHI was amazing and gentle. Through any process she’s always checking in with you to see how your doing. Everyone here is great. 10/10 recommend.

5.0-star rating 4/28/2019 I went to this dental office on 4/23/2019 to get a tooth pulled that was hurting me so badly. The dental doctor was so nice and made me very comfortable. I experienced other dentists visits to get a tooth pulled and this dental office is #1. The doctor pulled it out within 2 minutes. I said awesome DOCTOR thanks. they are awesome staff and great customer service. This office is clean and a friendly place to go for treatment.

Pretty much my favorite dentist of my life!Ever since coming to the Bay Area, I have always enjoyed and been wow-ed by Dr. Anandi. I honestly feel like she's one of the few dentists who really care about her patients' health for the long-term, and of course, she does amazing work! I mean, sometimes you don't know what you have until you don't have it anymore, and a really caring dentist is just someone you don't find so easily. She takes the time to make sure you understand everything as well as teaching you which option is best. The location itself may seem a little gritty and parking a little scarce, but it's totally worth it for me to make the drive down to visit Dr. Anandi. She's extremely patient, kind, and hardworking; and her staff is also very kind and welcoming. My only regret is that this review might make finding parking even harder :)Thanks again, Dr. Anandi!

Doctor is amazing! She is very knowledgable and gentle. All of my wisdom teeth were removed there. One of them was a surgical extraction, since the tooth haven't come out yet. I've been to a few oral surgeons in Palo Alto, this office offered me the best price. And I am very happy with the way everything went - fast and painless.

The staff here is extremely professional, friendly and accommodating. Brian the hygienist makes you feel very welcome and does a great job with the cleaning. The dentist is very thorough with her exam and explains things very well. Maria, the office manager, is very friendly and goes over your treatment and payments options with you. Overall great experience.

I was scared to get teeth pulled knowing I would get my braces on the same day, but staff there we're really nice, patient, and supportive with me that it went better than expected so really the only pain I got after was the braces because they feel weird on but within a week I was able to eat well again. I really have seen a difference in my teeth thanks to Willow family dentistry and all staff whom are really nice.!

I had the best dentist experience of my life there. My wisdom tooth extraction surgery was smooth and professional. I didn't expect it would less painful like this and the staff was very helpful and kind. I was happy with my experience and I recommend their services.
